Our Story

Woodwork is an art that has been passed down for years in our family. It began when my great grandfather, Dewitt Browning began making custom furniture and cabinetry as a retirement hobby. After the demand for custom cabinets grew, my grandfather Henry Howser went into business with Dewitt, and they began working as full time cabinet makers. For years, Howser Custom Cabinets was a premier source for high end custom cabinetry.

I began working with Grandpa in my early high school years in 2011, and stayed on through college. After college, Grandpa was ready to retire, and that is when I decided to start Wauka Mountain Design & Woodwork. This is a passion of mine that almost feels hereditary, and I can not wait to pass this skill on!
